We have done business with Top Plate for years, their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work are outstanding.
Top plate construction did a garage for my daughter and son in law, their work was performed on time as they specified and met or exceeded all inspections. The roof was matched and you can not tell the new from the old. All siding was matched and looks as if it was all built at the same time even though the house was over two years old. They cleaned up all scrap each day and kept things tidy. And I believe they even came in under budget. Not sure how much but no upcharge while doing the job if you have a addition or house to build I would recommend them.
